Golovkin just wasn't able to find him. He got the KD in the 4th but Jacobs adjusted and did let Golovkin land anything huge.

 

Exactly I was just using he's logic but your GG love blinds you... Pirog was more technically sound that's why he was able to get Jacobs out of there with no problems... Marquez is way more technically sound and accurate than Margo and Cotto that's another example, you should know that already...

This. GGG hits twice as hard as Pirog, however Jacobs was running a lot and kept his helmet on the whole fight. Against Pirog he was engaging a lot more, but got hit flush with a right hand he didn't see coming.

 

The position of the opponents also matters greatly. Pac went in when JMM KO'd him. Sort of similar to Sergio's KO of Williams. Getting caught moving inward to throw a punch an boom, caught one instead.
