Danny Jacobs has yet to enroll in VADA

Well, we know Thurman wants the WBC belt so he has to do VADA testing. We don't know Jacobs' plans but I assume he also wants Golovkin's belts.

There are tons of drugs that can be prescribed to you by your physician that are banned under WADA protocol. Honestly the list is pretty excessive. I wouldn't be surprised at all if there were things that Jacobs had to take for treatment were banned. I know Prednisone is a drug that is used to treat inflammation in the body and that is actually a banned substance as it counts as a steroid. Prednisone is commonly prescribed. May be a situation like that.

Interesting. That's kind of dumb that you would have to pay fees to even fight for the title. I assumed the fees were only for the holder of the belt if you had multiple titles.

Oh yes, of course we should just allow you to spew whatever nonsense unchallenged - that cancer survivors like Jacob should be given special allowances to take roids until their heart's content simply as the basis for survival.

I've never heard such garbage. It would be like Tommy Morrison arguing that he needed roids to treat his Aids.

Jacobs doesn't need roids to fight cancer, he needs roids to fight GGG. I'd wager if he is indeed dosing up peds which looks quite likely, it is highly unlikely it is to battle long gone cancer that had gone in remission years ago.

If Jacobs wants to simply survive day to day, then there are a whole host of different chemo and radiation therapy drugs that he is free to choose from.

 

Wait are you somehow implying GGG is more powerful than cancer? maybe his impact is more immediate...I'll agree with that.

I didn't want to go into great detail or speculate on which drugs Jacob is taking, but simple common sense will tell you there are possibly one or more that may cause concern.

Well...as of now he isn't doing VADA which is why there is concern since the fight is in March.

Yeah sure I came to the same conclusion about him,that said we haven't been told why the negotiations dragged on past the December fight date,one minute Jacobs even asked for another tune up,anyway better March than never.
Loeffler is gonna have get smart and have two options on the go as it could be a pattern taking up to three months to negotiate?

 

I wish they did but I thought that the WBC were the only org who has agreed to using testing in their title fights. I could be wrong.
