Danny Jacobs says he can stop Canelo

Jacobs chin is made of fine china. Canelo would put him down multiple times. Definitely a fight I want to see.

 

Golovkin couldn't land anything solid with power behind his punches. Jacobs arguably beat him.

Canelo would very likely drop him as he is much quicker and trickier than Golovkin.

Every single fighter you mentioned resorted to fighting extremely cautious, at times overly defensive, and out of character. Don't you claim Canelo fought in away to avoid getting KO whatever that means.

GGGoons also say that Canelo can only KO fighters with china chins. Jacobs has a china chin. Just because he knew how to neutralize the slower GGGs power doesn't suddenly give him a concrete chin.

Let's use reason.

 

Canelo's punches count 1.5 as opposed to other boxers 1. It's his secret power.

 

I think Jacobs would be a nightmare for Canelo.

Golovkin used his jab as his main weapon and often used space to negate Jacobs' attack. Coming in low with his spearing jab worked well for GGG. But Canelo doesnt fight like that, nor does his power match GGG's.

Canelo may look to counter but Jacobs isn't as restrained as GGG in his attack and throws punches in bunches. It would be a bad idea for Canelo to get into a slugfest with Jacobs. Finally, Jacobs has a sizzling bodyshot he likes throwing to the pit of the stomach under the elbows. He wasn't shy in using this against Golovkin. Golovkin likes working the sides of the body, which Canelo was able to partly negate.

I think Jacobs would indeed beat Canelo, either early in a shootout or later when ginger gasses.

Cotto,Mayweather were in front of him all the time,not saying Jacobs has a great chin but I’m at odds as to why he has this big puncher rep when his record would suggest otherwise.
