The smart money would be to say Barrera with his speed & boxing advantage. But he can be hit, Even in his prime like against Jones & McKinney. If he should get into a war with Lopez. Lopez would land the decisive blow. Pride aside Barrera would be well advised to stay away & box his way to victory.
Barrera could and i think he would box in this one and win, but lets just imagine what happens if Barrera fights like he did when he was unbeaten in this one. Sorry to be a tease every1!!!
Junior Jones comes to mind when I think of Danny Lopez... That said...I'll take Lopez over Barrera by Late stoppage or SD. (Ask me tommorow and i'll say Barrera by the same outcome)
Two my fav fighters ever.i see two scenarios here either Barrera plays it safe and wins a decision or he takes risks and probably gets koed by a straight right hand.
Barrera in this one has to box, box and box some more. If he does he takes a UD. If he gets sloppy then 'Little Red' by TKO/KO.
I agree with the consensus opinion. If Barrera went to war with Little Red, he'd get hammered. If he boxes smart he'd win a UD. And as long as we're talking about Danny can anyone tell me the details surrounding the my avatar pic?
