Danny O'Connor Was Hospitalized w/ Severe Dehydration; Needed 10 Bags of IV Fluids...

Ok lets not give too much respect to fluid just because Danny was in hospital, there are obviously levels to severe dehydration members, lets think this through before declarimg Floyd as the same as Danny in hospital above.

Lets keep a level head on this one fellas.

 

Or his level of dehydration was not nearly as severe as Dannys??

I wonder what happened recently.
His last 2 fights were at 140, which he made and won.

His most recent fight was March where he weighed 139 and he won.

Did he let his weight spiral in the mean time?

 

Wasnt Floyds pee emergency kept from the media for a period of time or did i hear that incorrectly??

I feel awful for Danny. Great dude, the fighting pride of Framingham, MA. Hope he recovers alright.

 

There's also such thing as one guy being drunk but functioning pretty normally while another guy is blacked out and hospitalized from alcohol.

Or one guy walking around the kidney clinic before dialysis while another guy is strapped to a gurney.

I've long been calling for some kind of control on this dehydration nonsense. This should really act as a wake up call for commissions/sanctioning bodies etc.

It's clearly dangerous.
