Danny Oscar Garcia is a top 3 p4p fighter if he wins this fight, possibly #1. His resume is insane.

Matthyse took his soul. Thurman will run and potshot all night, and DG will be gracefully accept the UD loss in a boring fight.

I got Thurman by KO, UD very possible, perhaps I'm overrating Thurman since I feel he beat Porter clearer than Brook did. I feel DG is too damn predictable when he throws punches, the way he needs to set himself for each power punch with either hand should give any top level fighter enough notice to anticipate what's coming.

That's what happens when fighters face elite competition, they tend to have close, competitive match-ups. Unlike certain p4p rated fighters who are dominant against average opposition.

I know who you are implying. Yes, that's the reason why he is not number one, just hovering around 4-5.

I didn't mean anyone specifically. If you're talking about GGG, a win over Jacobs would put him top 5 for sure.

I watched the Zab fight last night, Zab did much better than I thought and Danny actually fought tough, if this fight happened a few years earlier I think Zab would of won.

I do not like Danny at all but the judges seems to love him, it's not his foult I guess but I'm hoping for a violent win by Thurman tonight.

He shouldn't even be in the top 10. Has controversial wins in his biggest fights against Matthysse, Herrera, and Peterson. If he'd given them the rematch and actually won clearly, he'd earn his place. Good fighter, but not as good as they make him out to be.
