    According to Greisman.

"Here's a hint: There's at least one section of 1,000 cheap shots for Garcia-Herrera that's completely unsold right now."

Personally don't think news is that bad IMO.

Danny is still trying to get his name out there in Puerto Rico.

I'd be more surprised if he's selling WELL actually.

Good business move imo (Long term). More exposure for Puerto Rican blood Garcia to the PR public.

    Lots of seats available

Agreed. Woulda been packed in Philly.

But I think they're trying to expose Garcia to the public in PR.

I think the idea is to make people in America know he's Puerto Rican. Look at when Cotto fights at MSG.

It's a career builder. They're making a Garcia v Floyd fight sell well in a year or so.

His Dad v Sr sells that fight too.

It should have been at Barclay's, whoever made that decision has no idea what they are doing, the money is in the USA.

No surprise. It isn't even a competitive fight. Ridiculous.

A short sighted and very stupid venue for GBP to make.Sounds like they are getting a little desparate in trying to sell Garcia to the public.

Yeah, he's trying to play off that Mexican, Rican rivalry and get paid but he's a state side Rican and Herrera is a stateside Mexican. He should have kept that **** in Philly or new york cause that's where the money is at right now. He should be able to branch out after that. If he fights Canelo's brother then he might get the money ball rolling.

It is a stay-busy fight for Garcia, most fans know this, and while he is a very good fighter Danny is not the type to attract a big crowd all on his own yet. Not too surprising that the fight isn't selling well.

I didnt know Garcia was Rican until recently and ive watched his fights for about two years. i thought he was light skinned mexican to be honest. He will not get the PR support because hes not from the island and he doesnt wear being pr on his sleeve. Really like the kid but he is no cotto and sure as hell hes not trinidad. the next big puerto rican star is Felix Verdejo and that could be a HUGE fight 3-5 years from now.
