Unless Pac somehow struggles with the weight, I see him beating Garcia by a comfortable 8-4 UD. Both would be hurt at times. But in the end Garcia's defense is just way too wide for Pacquiao. I will say though that Garcia would have a better chance to KO Garcia than the other way around.
I think people are trying to overrate Garcia due to his recent win. He doesn't belong in the ring with Pac let alone May. Garcia is a slow, plodder. I mean he was looking pretty bad against a shot to hell Erik Morales. I can't imagine what Pac would do to him. Wait, is this a fantasy match-up of Pac from his prime years or the Pac of today. I don't even know if Pac would be willing to, or effectively could, even make 140 lbs right now.
If Judah can hurt Garcia, Pacquiao will have a field day on Danny's face. Manny is three times the offensive force of Zab Judah. Danny is not very quick but he's bloody accurate, I have to admit.
