danny williams british title on the line in prizefighter ??

    is that correct ?

    can someone explain that to me like i am a six year old please.


    why would a british heavyweight title belt even be mentioned, in any way, with this circus tournament ?...i don't get it.

    It's not, but he will lose the title if he doesn't win Prizefighter.

    yes im not 100 percent but if you lose a fight while you are british champ and it isnt for the belt then it becomes vacant

    Will it still be vacant if he is outpointed over 3x3s? That doesn;t seem right....

    It was vacated after the Sosnowski fight as well. I reckon he will be first in line for a shot if he gets beat anyway.

    Didnt esham pickering lose to sean hughes in an 8 rounder then when he faced him next was still defending champ? may be wrong but sure thats what happened

    Also john simpson didnt lose his british title when he fought derry matthews for the WBU he had to vacate 1 of those if he won but after he lost in points he didnt lose his british title. So i dont think williams will lose his title if he doesnt win prizefighter

    I've met Danny & he a very polite man! He has time for anyone & I hope he wins the Prizefighter. The proper Danny Williams had better show up come Friday night!

    If he's ready then he has a good chance because he's fought a better calibre of opposition than any other guy in the tournament!
