it is such shame to see the likes of danny williams and roy jones jr getting beat by guys who in their prime wouldnt have been able to lace their gloves. hopefully this is the end of it for danny but i do fear he may go down the unlicensed (mbc/biba) route or even worse underground bare knuckle boxing

He will fight at 12th november in germany against 53 year old Andreas Sidon. I dont know, of there is a boxing federation behind the event, but he fights with a licence from estonia.

I see he has been fighting in Eastern Europe alot recently....

He actually enjoys fighting still, and he needs to be saved from himself.

Danny Williams being allowed to fight on for as long as he has is nothing short of a disgrace. It's goes to show that in the poorly regulated, decentralised world of boxing there will always be some unscrupulous individuals able to make a quick buck off the back of a vulnerable fighter. A fighter that was once formidable but now so desperately needs to be protected from himself.

Smoke and mirrors - this is to build the way for a fight with Haye.

Very lucky man now Punchbag Molina has come forward - Eddie was scavenging through the bowels of the Heavyweight Division looking for AJ's next easy fight.

No. The fight didn't happen. I was there at Loughborough. Apparently there was a falling out between 2 of the promoters and they pulled their fighters out. Went from a 12/13 fight card to 5 fights. A lot of unhappy fans

Thanks mate, I'm relieved that Danny Williams didn't fight (though he'll no doubts resurface elsewhere at some point) but you have to feel a bit sorry for the fans who only ended with five fights.

He was helped by a somewhat biased referee as well.
