A promising young lightheavyweight loses to Anthony Hembrick and James Warring and seems to throw in the towel on his career. But not before sticking around another 18 years and a 114 fights to become a perpetual loser, but one who often gave good fighters the rounds they requested. The best 17-102-2 fighter you will ever see. Share in your remembrances.
I saw Wofford fight a few times. He didn't just lay down, he had decent defense and he did enough offensively to keep his opponent honest. It would be interesting to find out if Wofford is doing all right mentally and physically after all of those fights against big names. There was a heavyweight out of Baltimore named Kornegay, who like Wofford, lost a lot, but was hard to stop.
