Danny won this fight, the early rounds secured the fight for that man

stop complaning.....dsg won first few round ....peterson didn't do anything then peterson came back strong........there was one round garcia won because he landed a single punch shows you that peterson wasn't doing anything in the beginning......close fight

I think some of the early rounds 1, 2, 3, were actually pretty close.

I think Peterson's running turned off some of the judges...

One of the judges was Steve Weisfeld. I believe he is also a guy who had Provodnikov winning over Algeri. It is clear that he favors guys coming forward and puts a lot of weight into that... If it was another judge, he may have scored an early round for Peterson.

It's funny, the fight looked freaking bad for DSG going down the stretch. He was getting a shellacking.

Boxing is about hurting the other man more than he he hurts you. And Peterson had no offense in the early rounds.

You gotta land more then just occasional jabs to win rounds. Lamont gave away the first 5 rounds by running and throwing jabs from outside his range that werent landing and danny would land hard shots everytime peterson got close even if mosy didnt land peterson picked it up near the end but it was already too late to mount a comeback.

 

Have no problems here, had it 115-113 for Garcia though I'm gonna score it again to be sure

Petersen did win the last 2 big time and also took 8 and 9 convincingly

I think if Lamont invested to the body he would have won. He turned the tide in the 8th with the body work and was able to work over Garcia. He puzzlingly gave away 10 by doing absolutely nothing in that round

 

8-4/7-5 Peterson. He won some of the early rounds as well.

Two fights, one questionable decision (Lee-Quillin) and one robbery.
