Is this pretty much a lock for either fighter by KO? Is Vic just talking about not taking Arce seriously, or could he be serious and could it come back to hurt him?

Yeah, but I wouldn't bet a penny on it happening.

    12 rounds?

I'd be shocked if it reaches 5.

No way it goes the distance. These two are power sluggers who will be looking to take a head off.

I lean on Vic winning because Arce is past it but Arce could very well end it with one or two punches.

Not anymore. If it happened a couple years ago when it was supposed to originally happen, it could have gone either way, but both of their chins have gone downhill lately (Vic getting knocked down by Gorres, Arce getting badly hurt by Concepcion). Historically, they both have pretty good chins (and frankly, the punch from Donaire was a perfectly placed counter with Vic's full momentum moving into the punch - that one would have put out a horse), and Arce is more susceptible to combo punching than Vic's crab-style pounding, but I'd still guess the fight doesn't go the distance.

If both guys break thier hands then there is a shot that it will go 12, if not I doubt it goes 7.

Generally not...but Pacheco clearly hurt him with a nice body shot in their fight. Arce potentially could.

Arce is still dangerous...everything about him has faded but his power is still a worry.

Doubt it goes 12. Both always go for the kill and come forward with power punches. Although I think Arce is past his best I am rooting for him to k.o. Vic inside 8 by body work.
