Donaire has Vic's number IMO...To big for him to bully, to quick handed and skilled at counterpunching to get away with his wide open style. But Ill be surprised if it goes down like the last fight..Vic gave Donaire his chin on a platter and crossed the line between confident and arrogant with his attitude that night. I reckon Vic fights a bit smarter, a bit more reserved but once Nonito finds his range again he takes over. With Vic having no answer or plan B like he did in the Agbeko fight. Donaire stops him in about 9 or 10 rounds this time. Props again to Vic for chasing fights like these...he aint scared of anyone and its refreshing to see he will take the dangerous fights a lot of people seem reluctant to do these days. He has wanted this rematch from the second the first fight was stopped and finally that old **** Shaw sees it as one of the few viable options left.
I had a dream about this rematch last year. Darchinyan took this fight more seriously than the first time, and Donaire took it lightly. It was a more competitive battle than the 1st time with Donaire even touching the canvas, but Donaire won a close decision. That was my dream and how I see it going.
I think that Donaire is just a stylistic mismatch for Darchinyan. Vic wont make stupid mistakes like last time when he was arrogant going into the fight. So the fight will last longer. It wont change the fact that Donaire will walk away with the win.
Darchinyan is a funny dude though, I'll admit that. Darchinyan prediction: I will knock him out! hahah
hmm says . . . don't need to see this fight again... Donaire by KO, or if Darch has learned something, he'll survive to lose to a UD IMO. Darchinyan has been pretty much fighting the same way/style since his KO from Donaire. You think he'll change or bring something new to the table that might cause a difference in outcome? I'm no Darch hater cause I find him as a gutsy entertainer (good for boxing) but I think at this stage, Donaire has grown too much for him to handle... Darch kinda looks like he's starting to go on the downfall (granted he only lost twice and the level of competition).....age ain't helping either...
hmm says . . . my bad i edited my last post as soon as I posted. Yeah i kinda wanted to see the rematch before but after his lost to Agbeko, I kinda lost interest... I predicted Agbeko would win just watching the styles...
hmm says . . . ^^ yup.. one moved up in weight successfully and Donaire's style and speed will pull a win again..
Donaire by wide UD. He won't ko him, but he will land at will because he is too quick with his counters and vic will end up hopelessly flailing away and getting stuck all night.
