First of all that wasn't a knockdown. It didn't matter though. King Kong prevails. Vic was taken to school.:smooch

 

Good fight in general... Here you can see again how bad a big puncher looks if he's taken to the full 12 rounds... Big punchers won't look good if their big KO punch betrays them...

I saw the right hands. The left should have been involved too.. oh well. Vic was galant in defeat i gotta give him props. I thought he would fold but.. I guess he has teh heart of a champion!

 

I want to see all those people who gave me crap about picking King-Kong to win this fight. I bet none of them post in here!!!

Agbeko beat a "world class" fighter by generically chicken weaving with his head, over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over, and occassionally moving Darchinyan with a left hook back into the 97,654 lead right hands - when Agbeko had to actually go through the trouble of actually throwing something other than a lead right hand, that is... Says alot about the depth of the talent pool in the game at this particular point. I lost 12 brain cells watching that one, decent show though.

 

It was an okay fight. I doubt the rewatch value is very high. At the time, live, it was suspenseful - but boy oh boy was it ugly.

 

That shows you that Vic can't make adjustments in a fight. If somebody does the same thing over and over and over, the fighter or his corner should be able to see that and make the necessary adjustments.

Vic has world class power but not world class skills. if he fought Marquez, Pac-Man or Vasquez he like he was saying he would, he would get the beat down of his life. King Kong beat him and he has so many flaws his self not to mention his left hook is a little weak.

I see Vic hasn't learned much from the Nonito fight cause he's still open for the left hook, still cocks his arm before he throws, still try's to win by intimidation , still bull rushes without throwing a jab.

In my opinion Vic is not that good of a boxer:bart, if he can't bully or overpower a fighter. (check his 2 losses for proof)


MESSAGE TO VIC

As you found out you can't intimidate, bully, or KO everybody it's just not possible so go to the gym and actually learn how to box or the scene that happened Sat. night will be played more often in the future as you fight bigger men who are not scared of you and can take your punch!!!!!!

I don't think all of them are going to man up. Some will but not all.
