Okay. For the last time. Morales won the first on all 3 judges scorecards. It was NOT contraversial. Secondly, Larios is no where near the fighter Oscar is, even at 154. its not even debatable. Thirdly, I never said floyd fought well vs Baldomir and Oscar, i said he fought naturally bigger fighters, WHICH HE DID. And last of all, MAB is the only real fighter in boxings elite that he had beaten before Morales. FACT. And MAB was a naturally small figher anyway who had come up in weight. Floyd had wins over Castillo, Corrales, Judah, Hernandez, Chavez and now Oscar. Its not even comparable at this point. I will not answer any more of yous posts because you are a delusional nuthugger.

Tell me again how Morales won his last fight and DLH lost to the journeyman who happens to be the WBA Middleweight champion right now?

 

first of all morales was clearly cheated considering the fact that it happened on diaz's turf, chi-town a hometown decision.

after the first round dd was winning it till he got dropped and when he was up em followed that with a 1-2 in the closing sec.

rnd 2 dd was still aggressive in 1.46 sec.of the fight he slipped a good right uppercut and unleashed a right left right comb. all blocked by em's right glove!
1.33 sec. em unleashed 5 hit combo all hitting dd clean!

now when you see throughout the remainder of the fight, dd was only hitting em in the arms, in the elbows and in the air! but mostly elbows as em was protecting his body. that's 1 of em's weakness.

em finally knew how to deal with diaz on the remainder of the fight not just by blocking with hands ,elbows, by pulling away, jabbing, but most especially by giving combinations when dd tried to slug it out and even by clinching!( though it was not relative with em's machismo nature)

you see at the coming rnds when dd was getting frustrated coz he can't get a clean shot to em he fights dirty by hitting em while em's clinching and the ref. doing nothing by not seperating them. that's why em said dd fights dirty at the post fight. it's not em losing his gentleman poise (except the mab fight coz we know they really despise each other) as some would claim coz at that time em was right!

in fairness em got hit a couple of times but not all the time! see the fight with your eyes and you will see dd was not hitting em quite accurately! most was being blocked or hitting the air! it was em hitting dd with clean combinations though not really hurting dd yet it's all clean.

though dd clearly won the last rnd but when you put it like this for dd: aggressiveness: yes! accuracy: no! being outboxed: yes! winning a sure decision: no!

that's why many see the fight won by em. look at their faces after the fight! you see dd having a mini baloon on his lower eye! that's the product of em's accuracy althroughout! only to prove he outboxed dd!

I read your post. What's there to argue. You like many saw the fight differently than many others. It's been debated here a dozen times. The FACT is he lost. Opinions won't change that. It wasn't about anyone's opinion on the fight, but about a factual statement. BTW, your account of the fight is accurate enough, though others claiming Diaz won are just as accurate. It was a close fight and Morales wasn't cheated. Close fights are just that...close. No one was robbed or cheated and my guess is you only feel this way cuz it would prop up Pacmans win if Morales somehow regained form. But this simply proved he hadn't as this Diaz is the weakest of the 3 and a prime Morales beats him easy, as does Pacman NOW.

Perhaps I will clue you in since you seem so eager. Dominga is saying that Morales, who has lost 5 out of his last 6, is better all time and in that current version than DLH. His claim is based on what he says is Morales winning his last fight (he didn't) and DLH losing to the journeyman Sturm (he won). Now I happen to think Sturm deserved a decision there, but he didn't get it. So he lost.

Now, seeing as how in the record books Morales lost and DLH won, his comparison is moot to begin with. But on top of this, he calls Diaz a champion and Sturm a journeyman. But Sturm is a 2 time champion and current WBA MW champion. He has accomplished more than Diaz.

Now are you going to dispute this or are you just gonna be a nuthugger and take your boy's side when every fact is against him? JMM fan...JMM is nobody to me.

I never said how I viewed the fight during the discussion. That was never part of the discussion. I had Diaz winning by 1 point based on harder punches though. Morales was a bit cleaner, but to me he didn't control the ring.

My point is that I cannot change history when it favors my argument. And beyond that, calling Sturm, the WBA MW champion a journeyman but Diaz a champion was just something he did to push his agenda. Saying DLH lost (he won) and Morales won (he lost) and then trying to make a factual point is impossible because the premise is based on opinion.

Sturm is a 2 time champion. He is on journeyman, though he is not elite by any means. He is a good solid fighter with a great jab.

Do you feel that Morales is greater all time than DLH? If so, based on what?
