dude... penalosa doesn't hit harder enough to bother Vic. Vic will win by KO.

 

Woahh. Penalosa by a brutal schooling over Vic. No doubt about it.
It will be like Tito vs. Winky, only difference is Vic will be going down.
Im betting my house if ever this fight will come true.The only time Penalosa will be having trouble winning is if the fighter runs away from him like De leon or that Japanese dude in which Gerry lost via split decision.

 

penalosa is bigger than vic here and has experience handling bigger and harder punching guys like de leon and gonzales. penalosa is the best technical fighter out of the philippines even at his current age, solid defensively and never been knockdowned. even with the improvement in vic's game, he would have a hard time penetrating gerry's defense. bad match-up for vic style-wise and size-wise.

 

Obviously you have not seen any Penalosa fights. If Darchi had trouble against Gorres, then he would be in big big **** against Penalosa. Penalosa is even slicker than Nonito but has the same power.

 

You are wrong dude. Penalosa is one of the hardest hitter amongst the Philippine boxers.. More power and much better defense than Donaire. Vic will have 0.1% chance of winning.

 

penalosa is old, slow, and Vic is not a face first fighter like Deleon.

 

De leon is not a smarter fighter than Vic and was able to win almost every round. Vic dropped Gorres four times and only one was counted. Otherwise the score wouldn't even be close. Gerry do have good defense though.

 

I think Vic's power is a bit underated here. He is one of the hardest hitters p4p.

Vic is dedicated totally to his profession It would appear that he has improved considerably in the boxing skills department and to a slightly lesser extent in defense Despite his big mouth however I think that he knows his limits.At this stage to jump a weight class would be foolish instead of consolidating himself in his current division.He should fight montiel and if he wins which I beleive he will' give Donaire a shot.Donaire however needs to become a lot more active, Perhaps Mijares.
