    It was announced by Darchinyan's manager that Vic Darchinyan and Christian Mijares would be fighting for the undisputed Junior Bantamweight Title and also the Ring Magazine Belt.

    Has this been confirmed yet, I think it would make for a very interesting matchup, I think that Mijares is taking a risk underestimating Vic, while Vic looks hell bent on proving he is the best Junior Bantamweight in the world and finally realising his dream of fighting for a World Title Unification.

    Mijares would completely clown him. We aren't taking about a Kirilov here. Far too schooled all-round to get caught with Darchinyan's lunging ****, he'll bust him up and stop him late.

    I would have rather Vic fight Jorge Arce and Mijares fight Nonito Donaire. Winners fight each other.

    i would love to see this fight. darchinyan has his confidence back. let's see if what can he do against someone as skillful as mijares. let's get it on!!!

    One of the worst possible fights for Vic. Mijares by late stoppage or wide decision.

    I hope this fight really happens. This will make my century if this fight happens. I will be honest with all of you. I hate Darchinyan the most in boxing today. The guy looks like a meerkat. Just look at him. If you don't know what a meerkat looks like, look at Darchinyan, and that's it. I hate the way he looks boxing wise, the way he stands and throws his punches, everything, rubs me the wrong way. Mijares will take this joke to school. Mijares is a boxing ninja, and he will KNOCKOUT Darchinyan.

    I'm not sure how the fight is gonna turn out . . . if it's by stoppage or decission . . . but irregardless it's still Mijares for me.
