Who knows? Like with Boone's story, there is no proof that that account is genuine. It's just one person's word against another's. Maybe like the ref, he didn't consider them KD's either.

Boone could be bitter because Kovalev kicked his a** and has a much better career. On the other hand I also don't think it's impossible that he could have had KD's that weren't given or at least believe he did, especially when there's no footage to prove him wrong.
