Barker the IBF world middleweight champ vs the comeback good who has been winning lately, Jacobs imo is better than people think so would give barker a decent fight

I don't trust Barkers durability, to the body or head. Seems a little fragile.

Jacobs seems more talented, but Barker been around the block already. Barker could surprise anyone in the division. I think his lack of stamina and defense will do him in eventually, but tho not the hardest puncher or the most refined boxer he does have some qualities of both. Evenly matched imo. Barker just needs to learn to pace himself and when to box and when to open up on an openning. He was opening way too much on Geale I thought Geale won. Jacobs had some nice ko highlight reels. Still remains to be seen if he can do the same with a world class opponent like Barker.

Barker has had trouble with niggling injuries, particularly the serious hip ailment that shelved him from the loss to Martinez until his return against hope.

Although there's no proof that these injuries will cost him a fight in the immediate future, the fact that his body seems to struggle coping with the strain of combat at a relatively young age, and with very few fights on his record doesn't inspire my confidence. Its very valid to ask whether back/wrist/hip injuries will resurface during a grueling war.
