Cheers Kos. Hopefully we might see some highlights at least. Should be a good competitive fight.

I wanna go out on a limb here, but i don't think i have enough substance to support it. Barker should really win this. He might struggle though, what with the lay-off and the problems he's been having outside the ring. I look for him to keep Spada at the end of the jab and win a decision going away.

Darren looked in great shape when on ssn although Spada did equally.

Spada lost to Oral in close one i believe...Oral is a neat boxer with decent fundamentals so gives me sorta belief that Barker can do the job tomorrow night.

I don't see this talk about Spada letting Darren have nice start in Zbik fight he's out looking to land early doors.

His footwork is pretty poor tbh and that's where Darren can exploit him throughout the fight with Lateral movement. Spada plods in a straight line behind a tight fullguard although Darren has to be wary that he doesn't throw and stay right in front of him because Spada does look to dip and counter at same time with left hook and the odd looping right when he has his man on back foot.

I think Barker has the tools to win this fight i really do. I think he must work the fight at long range there's no need to close the range and smother work and play into his hands. Make Spada work to get in range his footwork is very poor so use Lateral movement but don't head off to outskirts of ring keep it mid ring and look to turn Spada when teeing off.

Mix the shots up you can't throw full on punches for 12 rounds so mix the power up and keep Spada game and go to the body throughout early-middle rounds just to take some miles off Spada's clock late on.
The more Spada struggles to more he's like to start trying to close distance by either grabbing out to get close or lunging in and that's when Darren can look to land some highlight reel counters.

Zbik has trouble with Spada early on from clips i saw but i feel that's because he stood in front of Spada far to much.

Don't give Spada the chance to find balance by hitting you...make him miss and then make him pay when he's off balance.

Barker to win in a very good display 117-111.

Barker should be beating this guy all day. Very limited, he's just tough and walks around the ring following a guy looking to throw his shots. There is nothing advanced, its literally walking with the high guard.

That said, it is the type of style thats not going to be put away easy, he is experienced and tough, not too dissimilar to Belgecham so if Barker fights like a ****** blowing his load on the inside with body shots (why did he do this again?) then he will have some trouble. If he just boxes he might have a few issues given he's not a big puncher but in the end should win out fairly well. He seemed to know what he had to do on Ringside so I look for him to win here.

It’s not the step up in class for Barker......... it’s the quantity of quality.

Spada has a good shot at winning the event tonight. Certainly enough about him to get robbed on the cards
