Round 4 O'Kane is advancing with his own hands low now, flipping up a few left jabs. Counter right hook by Ryder. O'Kane slings in a looping right and misses as Ryder steps back and jerks up a chicken wing barrier with his right arm, elbow pointed upwards. O'Kane is flicking the jab, trying to set up a powerful right cross. Ryder is staying off his route, ducking and moving. Counter right hooks to the underarm by Ryder. Flurry up top by Ryder. Round 5 O'Kane is throwing away his left jab, and Ryder is ducking it while circling. O'Kane throws big right hands from outside, missing wide of target. Ryder is dropping in just enough quick right jabs and hooks in between writhing and shimmying to slip O'Kane's shots or hoist his arm up in the way as a shield. Lots of sloppy grabbing by O'Kane trying to punch his way inside but finding Ryder too slippery for him. 10-9 Ryder 49-46 Ryder
Round 1 O'Kane is throwing hard right hands from the back hip. Ryder is staying at a sensible distance, putting out the southpaw jab and threading in a few hooks while constantly moving his feet and coiling his upper body in a serpentine motion to slip O'Kane's straightahead blasts. Ryder keeps ducking the right hand and coming back up with a right hook for O'Kane. 10-9 Ryder 59-55 Ryder
Round 7 O'Kane is working in some nice rights to the body now, putting the fake jab out and then whipping underneath to carry his momentum forward. Ryder is able to turn and shimmy with the blows, but O'Kane is having more success with the pendulum right to the body. A few clap upstairs, caught on the back of Ryder's glove but also getting a piece of his head. Ryder sticks a few high jabs. O'Kane ducks in past one and tries a left jab to the body. Round 8 Ryder catches O'Kane on the way in with a right hook and buzzes him! O'Kane keeps ambling forward as Ryder works the left uppercut and right hook together. O'Kane sweeps an arm out behind him and holds on. Ryder rocks him to the ropes with a right hook. O'Kane gets his gloves up and fires back with an overhand right. Ryder keeps pecking away at him.
