Anyone getting up to watch this? I am thinking about it but not sure if I can be bothered sticking around till the 3am start. Fight Network are showing the card from Canada and Tyrone Bunson appears. I think this is another decent build up fight for Darren. He has a bag load of potential but still needs a couple more fights before a real test of quality. Darren should take a pretty convincing UD over veteran Sharpe who is a tough cooky but not a real threat. I would love to see Barker in with Smith next or maybe Macklin. Bunson fights another bum and I would not doubt him getting another first round stoppage.
Time for him to move up to domestic level. He has looked good so far, but his opposition has been questionable.
i'll record it and watch in the morning. i hope the picture quality is better than the mijares fight they showed on TFN. i think barker should try catching elcock who's well on the slide. i imagine barker would take him apart over the 12.
who watched this then? decent performance by barker i thought...always in control without looking like he'd stop sharp. shame tyrone didn't get KO'd. i found it strange that he went straight into a 6 rounder after completing the 1st round ko world record and it almost cost him his undefeated record. amusing that he thought he'd be ready for a world title shot within the year.
Tyrone Brunson was exposed as an overhyped novice. He won first round knockouts because his people got him the weakest opposion possible.
