    Darren Sherlock chats to us about tomorrow evening's Fight Ikon event, which is all set to take place at the event's spiritual home of the Ikon Nightclub in Bolton. The Salford MMA owner is predicting an exciting 2011 for his organisation, with the implementation of amateur classes being something he's keen to drive home.
