Hbo and websites such as maxboxing have him listed at 17-0 with 12 KOs, but boxrec has him at 23-0 with 17 KOs.

Can anyone tell me which fights are not legit as listed on boxrec? Ive never heard of the guy before last night but was just curious when I found this after researching him.

    Strange.

I guess some of his first fights were unsanctioned or something.

Yea thats what I was thinking, maybe one or two i can see, but thats quite a big difference for boxrec. I know boxrec isnt the greatest thing to go by, but Its usually been pretty accurate to me.

Yeah, usually they miss fights on a fighter's record, such as the guy's from the older era's like Jim Jeffries, not add fights on lol.

You can expect that for fighters like 100 years ago but not anything more recent than the 50's.
    Some examples of Jeffries?
I know Jack Johnson had a draw in a guy's hometown erased from his record. There was a report found that Jack was suppose to come in town, make the guy look good ,take the money and leave.Seems he did exactlt that.

Hell if anybody knows! But I would doubt his bouts against pro debutants. They look suspect if you ask me...
