what would have happened here? i believe laurent would have out boxed rocky like he did lamotta but in the end the rock lands his wrecking ball right and ends it in a similiar situation like the lamotta fight.
Dauthille beats Graziano. His KO loss to LaMotta was kind of a fluke IMO and if you watch the fight he looks like hes up but the ref stops it anyway. He was only stopped three times, once to LaMotta and in his last two fights. I have argued in the past that both he and Villemain might have been better MWs than Cerdan. They certainly fought tougher competition. With guys like Villemain, Dauthille, Humez, etc active this was really a golden age for French MWs. These guys would have eaten guys like Bouttier, Tonna, and Cohen for breakfast.
