    He's had his boxing license back for 6 weeks now and there has been no changes in his brain scan since 2012

    That was me, jumping the gun based on the earlier posts in the thread. I hadn't realised he'd been licensed till I read @PatCash 's post above.

    BBBoC probably can't do much if he passes the scans, presumably they'd open themselves to action unless they had some kind of medical justification for denying him the license?

    Either way, @Scissors has it right, time to consign Mr Allen to the history books.

    Quite funny to be fair, they’ve kind of said “leave boxing to the boxers” as well which I agree with. Allen probably comes out with more credit than if he’d have banjoed him in a round.
