Not saying that he can't, only that Allen is exaggerating to make Fury seems like a bigger puncher than he is to play mind games with Wilder. Allen is attempting reverse psychology to what you want, he wants to make Wilder standoffish and unwilling to exchange, to make him fear what's coming back at him from Fury, so he doesn't attempt just walking through Tyson and bombing him out of there.

Which would be the worse thing wilder could do anyway, to try to walk a much bigger smarter man down. if wilder is smart he should try to lure fury into the big right hand, perhaps when fury feels confident. if he tries to walk fury down, he will get his head peppered and stopped.

fury does hit hard and sharp, its silly to think he doesnt. he hits above average and hes accurate.

Yes because Wilder is going to take on board what Dave Allen of all people has to say. He may not have even heard of him!

Allen was just replying to people asking him.

Yeah, probably, Wilder might not know him which is rather sad considering Allen has a far bigger fanbase and is a bigger draw.

He can punch. Just with less power than most or all of the top contenders in the division.

Wilder isn't that type of fighter to "walk through" Tyson Fury or any strong decent heavyweight.
Wilder is powerful and quick but he's not a strong imposing fighter. He'd not about to try to "walk through" a 6'8, 260 pound man of Fury's ability. He's going to try to sniper fire him.

fury is dumb as a rock, just like wilder. the two of them couldn't scrape up an 8th grade education between them.

Lol there’s footage of Allen after that fight telling Ortiz he’s one bad man and that he hits hard if I remember right.
We’re Allen some model pro then maybe his words would carry some weight but this is a guy who Hearn recently said he’s fed up of giving him chances.
Isn’t this the same idiot who puts socks down his shorts at weigh ins, hardly credible kinda of guy is it?
When all said and done we can tell by what our eyes tell us anyway.

Tyson Fury can punch and has proven he can stop durable HWs. However, the majority of his punches are not delivered with full force and are intended as deceivers.

The evidence of what happened under the lights to Allen does not back up his claim that Ortiz doesnt punch as hard as Fury. Ortiz consistently puts more spice into his shots than Fury does and was the only one to really beat Allen up badly other than Tony Yoka.

You sure about that? This isn't the Fury of the Wlad fight, he's a drug addled wreck, Wilder stood up to a fusillade of bombs from Ortiz without going down, unlike Mr. Allen, who granted collapsed into a takedown of Luis instead of a flat out KD, anyway, I'm sure if Pianeta can take a few flush shots from Fury without much deleterious effect, so can The Bronze Bomber.

No, but Dave, while a charming lovely fellow, he has a healthy ego, so in his mind, he very well might think that. Allen is media savvy and knows how to play them, its not beneath him in the least. If people on this site and others are well schooled in sowing intellectually dishonest seeds in pugilistic propagandistic proxy wars, so are boxers.
