    After his fight being cancelled last week Dave Allen just won KO1 on a Hobson/Vaughan card in Malta.

    Hope he fights regularly now.

    I expect him to face Fabio Wardley next in July / August or in December. Wardley wants to win the British Title outright. That would be against Kash Ali on the Joshua Franklin card, Dave Allen, and Solomon Dacres.

    I'm very biased where Allen's concerned, he only lives 15 miles from me and has come down to the local gym before and had time for everyone. I really hope he gets good fights. What do you think will happen Vs Wardley? Wardley is a real prospect despite no am experience.

    Wardley will probably beat him because Allen has been too inactive over the past few years and is training himself. Wardley is athletic and has good punch variety and I don’t think Allen has the power to hurt him. Wardley will probably win on points. Allen would be wise in having a test against a good fighter in a 10 rounder before facing Wardley.

    I really hope he does have another fight. Hobson could get him out quickly.

    I like Dave Allen I hope he makes a proper comeback in and around the domestic scene.

    Not sure what his target would be,been found out numerous times at british/European level,plus he's not big for a heavy weight,hope he achieves what he feels he needs too

    Wardley stops Allen with relative ease i think. Dave way too easy to hit

    I get it but no one has really stopped him before have they, only refs, one of em was to a PED cheat and the other two to Ortiz and Price.

    If Dave Allen is fit and healthy to fight then I am all for it.

    But he is area title level in reality, and over matching him because he is durable isn’t fair on the lad.

    No one really knows how good Wardley really is because no one has tried to beat in his last 5 fights.

    I don't think he has the desire and comebacks generally don't go well. But good luck to him.

    Wardley stops him and probably hurts him. He’ll be off for another year or two after that.

    Hope not. I hope he takes the Hobson fights. Hobson seems to look after fighters
