It’s going to be strange to watch a Carl Jammes Martin fight that isn’t a single angle Facebook stream or set in Ifugao with a crowd that’s near frenzy
How is it possible that we’re going to have two people with the nickname “Too Sharp” (Lennox Allen and Carlos Penalosa) box within less than twelve hours of each other
Had two monsters sparring last year, Inoue and Can Xu...Tokyo was instantly destroyed and what we see now is merely a mirage v_v
Fight 1 is John Mark Tihuk (1-0-1, 1) v Ruben Traza (4-12-4,1) We're in round 2, not much is happening from either guy, Tihurk is bringing some pressure but not doing much, Traza just backing up...not doing much. A nice right hand late by Tihuk in round 2
Traza appears to have taken the role of "try a bit but act your age" Tihuk seems to be very limited and have very little intensity, suspect he's concerned with the bout being his first 6 rounder
Tihuk 59-55x2, 60-54 Not in a rush to see him again, but develop him off TV/off stream, and bringing him back in 2/3 years, after some serious polishing.
Jenel Lausa (7-0-1, 4) v Rolly Llino (5-15-1, 2) Eurgh Llino hasn't won in years, and whilst he has been matched moderately hard on the domestic scene he has done NOTHING to deserve a slot on a card like this (given how long it's taken Martin to get a fight on TV)...
Ah also forgot to mention, this bout is being fought above the 130lb limit, Llino has gone from 119lbs (March 2014) to 142 lbs (December 2018) crazy
That was a very close first round. Leaning towards Llino. Although Lausa probably landed the biggest shot of the round, Llino threw and landed more, and was fairly more accurate than his undefeated counterpart. Round 1: 10-9 Llino 10-9 Llino
