Not a good matchup for The Springfield Rifle. It's not just Sal's height and reach which might pose problems, but he was actually more tested and established over the 15 round distance. As tough as Moore was, I'd expect an entertaining decision win with no knockdowns to go in favor of Sanchez, who I don't think had quite the firepower needed to drop him. I think this would take on a similar complexion to many of Sal's title defenses, where he surges in the championship rounds, rather than Davey fading. While I did state that it might not be a good matchup for Moore, he would make it a very enjoyable competition, and could possibly do well enough to instigate a rematch.
