    Thought I would post this as last time savage was on a sky show he beat Gavin Reid for the Scottish area belt

    Beat by dougie curran on points last night 39-38

    he is a decent fighter but a little one dimensional. not too much of a shock i always thought he would come unstuck.

    it would have depended on the type of journeyman. i never seen the fight so i can't comment on it but these types of things can happen and he will just have to put it behind him and look forward.

    he was coming back from injury too so that could have played a part in it.

    anyway good luck to david in the future cause he is a nice kid and so is his father.
