So after the pasting that Itauma received from Hrgovic. Would Adeleye be a good comeback fight. Personally I see it as a winnable fight with some intrigue as Adeleye has shown to be quite resilient.
Adeleye would get KO'd by Itauma. The only reason Itauma lost to Hrgovic was because he was swinging with bad intentions for 9 rounds straight. Too concerned with knocking him out , he literally says himself he doesn't think winning by points against a world champion, makes you a world champion. If Itauma paced himself, he would have cruised to a win. And no Hrgovic wouldn't have upped the tempo and taken advantage of the lower output, because he's limited and would have continued to miss with his constant 1-2s, or jab then rabbit punch (as that's what he has histrocially relied on)
Adeleye would be a dangerous fight for Itauma, who should fight a softer opponent like Kash Ali to regain some confidence, and then perhaps fight someone like Adeleye or Dacres. Adeleye has left Queensberry, so it's unlikely the fight could be made anyway.
Not the worst fight but doubt it will happen What I expect to happen now personally is a nice rest up for itauma until after Xmas and then a couple of no hoper opponents for him as rebuilds in 2027, it’ll be at least 2028 , imo anyway until we see him back in at any sort of level
