Natural fight to make is Dave Allen VS David Price - one man on the way up, and the other on the way down. I'd favour an Allen knockout.
Or Allen VS Chisora as Chisora is so shot now.
Domestically there are good fights for Allen, although he won this fight against Browne, it's clear that Browne has lost something since the Whyte defeat, he was shaken up in his last fight and the training issues with Ricky Hatton mean he's also lost his identity as a fighter.

I don't think Hearn should try and step-up Dave Allen, he's on a bit of a "lucky" streak where he wins fights by big knockouts when he's getting badly outboxed, it won't always work that way and he could get seriously hurt against fighters who aren't as naive as Browne/Webb etc and be on the end of similiar beatings he had against Ortiz and Whyte.

 

I know he ain’t great but Its nice to see a normal regular guy doing well.

Same, he took so many risks by fighting Whyte, Yoka, Ortiz, that I want him to get paid. Dude literally would fight anyone. And imo even if he's not the best he deserves to be rewarded for that. People clearly like him which is why he headlined the O2 arena and it was packed with happy fans after his win.

I hope he makes Price quit. Price has power though and could lay him out, and I don't know if Price agrees to a fight longer than 6 rounds.
