i would say its like 65/35 in favor of kelly, wont be a walk in the park for either for sure. i expect a close 8-4 or 7-5 fight that will end up being a lapsided win for kelly in the cards.
Very good fight this. Of course would rather see Kelly win being the Brit but I have a feeling Avanesyan will get to him late so will be sticking a few quid on it should the odds be half decent. Kelly looks like he has all the tricks in the book but I'm beginning to wonder if he's more style than substance.... when he turned pro everyone thought he was the best thing since sliced bread but a few performances of recent times have made me think he may be a bit of a show pony. That said..... The Dark Lord Adam Booth has been known to piece together superb game plans in the past and if Kelly has the ability to carry it out over the 12 round distance then he could produce the goods. If he does win on the weekend however then he truly does deserve credit because Avanesyan is a good fighter and is a very very good win at this stage of Kelly's career. Looking forward to the fight.
