    The ropes finally gave out.

    Why couldn't that have waited to happen until the circus act "main event"? (preferably with Broner falling onto the floor outside and breaking his neck..)

    Those ropes are outrageously loose. They need to be tightened before the Broner fight.

    Good showing by him, but he still hasn't shown any new dimensions that we've never seen from him before to suggest he's more elite or more entertaining than previously thought. Just a good honest effort/matching up vaguely well (albeit in what seems to be a close losing effort) stylistically with LP.

    Well it looks like Peterson will get a decision unless Avanesyan does something special.

    Am I the only one who think Peterson Vs Khan looks absolutely nailed on for some time this year.

    Avanesyan is taking uppercuts while being driven by Peterson's shoulder into the ropes. Quick right uppercut on the cheek and left uppercut on the chest by Peterson. Avanesyan falls out and his buttocks smack the outer ring apron. He's pulled in and soon action resumes while the ring crew sets to work on fastening the perimeter. Peterson is holding out his left forearm, elbow sticking out to one side, like a shield as he wings body shots in from a pace away with his right. Avanesyan is double jabbing at his chin and sweeping out wide misses at the head.
