Did beating Josh Kelly be the worst thing he did career wise ?? He's seem to be getting dodged by anyone in the welterweight title scene
It's normal for Eastern European fighters. Look at Zhanibek Alimkhanuly for example. I don't think Avanesyan is good enough to win a World Title but he's better than these hyped up British fighters. Vergil Ortiz Jr should be fighting Avanesyan next instead of Mikey Mckinson for example. I think Frank Warren might try to make Ekow Essuman vs Avanesyan and rob David.
Because nobody cares about that overrated, roided, hairy douchebag looking *******. The likes of Benn, Ortiz and Ennis will smash him to pieces.
He is high risk low reward. It was enjoyable watching him take apart the pretty boy hype job. He would take benn into deep waters, idk if he would win but it would be a TOUGH fight. But we all know hype jobs don't want tough fights.
It sucks for these EE/West Asian fighters whose careers are stalled because they are seen as high risk-low reward.
People acting like Benn SHOULD fight Avanesyan... Why should he? Avanesyan is semi-dangerous, but at the same time has no fans, he brings no money and he has incompetent manager. That's the reason he's fighting featherfisted Finn (Boxrec #179) in front of a few hundred people next. He's top15 fighter with most governing bodies and that (and Liam Taylor) is the best they can do?!
