I'm glad they came to terms for that fight, it's a big fight and a fight alot of people have been asking for. War Benevidez!

 

Benavidez could have picked an easier opponent, but again is picking the best opposition he can

Hard fight to pick. If they'd done this at 168lbs before Turki came on the scene the winner would have most likely got a shot vs Canelo.

It's mad to think that the two men they both couldn't budge were completely destroyed by Beterbiev in the end of those fights.

I'm leaning to Benavidez but this is as close to a 50/50 as you can get on paper but Benavidez is definitely the more proven fighter.

 

Things are continuing to look bright for boxing with the best fighting the best. Hopefully the winner of Benavidez/Morrell will get a shot at either Canelo or Beterbiev/Bivol winner down the road.
