You heard it here first. Canelo gonna get roughed up and steamrolled by Benavidez. Benavidez will easily beat him via decision. He's the only guy at 168 who can do that.
This is right. But the big difference is he comes forward all the time and walks you down. Did you notice how Canelo struggled when BJS was moving forward and backing him up? Clenelo loves to walk people down. Benavidez is a big dude, much bigger than BJS and he will walk Clenelo down. Clenelo can't box off the backfoot. Benavidez is a nightmare matchup stylistically.
hopefully you are right. i just don't trust benavidez he has already made mistakes in his career not taking it seriously.. as much as idislike canelo he is deicated to the sport 365 days a year its his whole life..
Benavidez is tough as nails. And he's incredibly big for the weight class. He will absolutely batter Clenelo. I picked Canelo to beat Saunders in the end. I knew it would be close but in the end i didn't expect BJS to be tough enough to be in a war with a guy like Canelo. BJS was never in a war. He always had favorable matchups. It played out like that. Benavidez is hittable and crude but he's gonna come to fight and he's so strong. He'll be all over Clenelo. I would pick him all day long.
Benavidez needs about 3+ more step up fights before Canelo Benavidez gets hit way too easily Benavidez doesn't have a title so Canelo is not fighting him lol
