Justified will be when Benavides gets Canelo in the ring. Canelo has gotten away with multiple crimes against boxing and the fans of boxing. Benavides is Canelo's Grim Reaper.

Why are we talking about Benavides vs a 40 year old Golovkin? If GGG defeats Canelo in September then maybe. When Benavides was developing and GGG was in his prime it would have been a pick'em fight, but right now I wouldnt recommend it for GGG, I think he would lose badly, I might be wrong but I don't think so. Benavides should be fighting Mr pound for pound, the face of boxing, Mexican superstar, in his prime Canelo, and see if he can back up his "rammed down our throat reputation". Benavides is Canelo's Grim Reaper.

What on earth are you going on about?
I am a fan of boxing and of course I want to see the best fights..
GGG is not my "Guy" I've clearly explained in this thread my position and all I've got is complete clowns like yourself being super defensive and butt hurt because I explain it the way it is. I was pushing back on the snide comments from your bum chums regarding GGG. which why my first comment was pointing out that the thread should be verses Canelo as he's haad several fights there. GGG hasn't and he's 40 yrs old.

Exactly. GGG hasn't even fought at 168 and is old yet all the fanboys are butt hurt because I point out it should be against you know the chap at 168. They don't want that fight because they sispect Canelo gets wrecked again. so this is why we get asinine threads like this to take a dump on an old fighter who arguably beat Canelo twice anyway. The double standards and fallacy arguments are demented.

Canelo won't fight him. He's looking down a barrel of a shotgun, he will find a way out. Canelo and his handlers will have to be really creative to get out of this one.

I’m simply using the same terms that you yourself have used in this exact same thread, you say moving up isn’t the end all be all but in this same thread you criticized Canelo for not immediately moving up to face GGG, you say it’s not GGG fault that he couldn’t get fights because Canelo didn’t move up in weight earlier. You don’t see the contradiction right there?

160 has been a wasteland for years but when real comp called out GGG he refused to make fights Lara and Trout called em out when they were on there runs GGg said fighting willie monte and D Wade was the same thing. When he said 154-168 Cotto said he’d fight him at a CW like he fought Martinez around 157-58 GGG refused, Canelo said he’d drop the 160 title and face him for his 154 GGG said no, Ward said he’d face him at 168 again GGG said no,
Most fighters who are great move up to find better challenges or because other guys won’t fight, that’s why outside of heavyweights most of the greatest fighters in history are multi divisional champions.
you keep mentioning Hagler or Carlos but they fought BETTER comp then GGG, Golovkin only real A level opponent is Canelo and he got a draw then got beat up, and outside of that he’s propped up by his fake defense record when he really only has like 9 which is cool and this most feared claim when he himself has never gone out of his comfort zone to make a fight.

Jesus wept man...you start with a false equivelence. it isn't remotely the same at all. Canelo aged GGG out and used a weak excuse then moved up several divisions. GGG at this point has only fought at one weight. So it isn't remotely the same thing....
Do you now understand you complete dimwitted fool?
It's already been pointed out by another poster that plenty of fighters ducked GGG. you are then quoting fights that were never even close to being made as a proof. Again you show how biased and mentally unbalanced you are.
I also addressed that moving up weight as the indicater of greatness again is just your opinion. Many think that staying at a weight and being champ over a long period is just as valid. You are imposing a standard that nobody else gives a crap about other than yourself.
With your logic Hagler and Monzón are bums bacause they didn't move up....just think for a minute you mongoloid.
Canelo had to rob GGG twice which is why you and the other knob gobblers have to discredit GGG.
You have all had a mental breakdown since your gay mancrush got schooled by Reverend Bivol performed his exorcism on the PED ginger haired demon. Since then you have all behaved like 10 yr old girls. It's tragic and pathetic.

Canelo and Delahoya lied to the fans about why they needed time. One minute he's saying Mexican's don't !@#$ around and the next minute, Canelo needs 16 months to grow into a weight division, where fight night as a 154lb fighter he out weighs the true champ of the middleweight division.
