Crap fight. Only reason it happens is to give Benavides publicity.

Seriously are there any JCC Jr fans left? I’m beginning to doubt if people will tune in to watch this.

I can't believe that there was a point in time where I was interested in junior's career. Whatta bum he turned out to be.

Jr. had a fine career for what he is, he is 50-3-1 and has beaten a few good fringe contenders. Not bad for a guy with no amateur background.

As far as boxer's sons go, not bad at all. He ain't his daddy but who was. I'd love to see him and Eubank.

CEJ would do a number on him, I reckon. He's more basic than Spike O'Sullivan.

I think so too, but they are both straight brawlers and JCJ is bigger.

Terrible fight, I'm scared for Chavez Jr. here. He will take another Fonfara like beating, and that fight badly damaged him, this will end his career.

I'd love to of seen Lee get a chance at erasing that eye sore from his record(like he did with Vera) Much better fighter than that clown.

I agree, that win has to be looked upon with suspicion now, just like the rest of Canelo's career.

With many world chumps fighting once or max twice a year, any July fight means Benavidez will have time for a third and potentially huge before 2018's out. Are ppl. seriously sh!tting on Chavez Jr. as a stay-busy and profile raising opponent? Who exactly could give David more exposure for bigger things to come?

Sometimes fans just gotta chill the F out. This gonna be young Benavidez' toughest test, I mean Canelo entered the Jr. fight as a top 5 P4P-er which Benavidez clearly isn't, so I don't see how this is a foregone conclusion or anything that's not gonna offer big, bold punches. C'mon.
