David Diaz opened his own real estate company. This is a good move, i wish more boxers in their late 30s early 40s would transition out of fighting into a business. Hank Lundy has also started a cleaning company although he is still fighting.
I think its good for a fighter to do something non boxing related after their done so they dont get the urge to fight again. Dont know why Juan Diaz doesnt fight anymore but i think he got some businesses running.
Remember during one of his fights (v Marquez maybe) they were saying he was at college doing some degree, can't remember what degree.
