Problem with Davies is, he likes to fight at that medium range and when he is a tear up there I've never seen him be successful.

When he boxes from long OR goes close up, he's always had a lot of success. He's usually very strong on the inside strength wise, even if he doesn't do a load of work but he isn't getting hammered and usually wins the exchanges.

Needs to box or fight to his strengths.

Clearly a tough lad and he can grit it out, he's taking far too many shots though and I think he'll be on the decline now.

Bet he means like bodybuilding training. Looks to me like he defo does a ton of pushups and conditioning work for shoulders with weights.

 

Used to go away travelling, come back and box amateur without the kind of training really required, bit of a freak of nature I think!

I think he’s pretty big with Albanians. On one of his fights on Ultimate Boxxer loads of Albanian footballers were cutting about with him and watching him fight, including one of Rangers’ worst signings of all time. Just due to that association I ****ing despise Marku lol.

100%. I always say it. I don’t even think they should be from the same country unless both boxers are from the same country. With the amount of money these shows make they can easily afford hotels and flights for foreign judges and refs.
