Spot on here. In fact George has stated several times, not least in his book, that he used to starve himself and go into saunas etc to cut even more weight because he was paranoid about looking "fat". It was also a belief back then that the perfect weight for a heavy was between about 210 - 220 which gave you enough weight for power but allowed you to retain fitness and speed. I seem also to recall that Georges walk around weight back then was in the 260's or so. He's just a naturally big guy...look at the size of his joints and you can see.

He is now, but he is naturally smaller, ie. he has had to work hard to put muscle on his frame in order to get as big as he is. This probably means his stamina has suffered a bit compared to a more "natural" big guy like Foreman.

Foreman was WAAAAAAAY bigger naturally inbetween fights he was about 235-250. Also you have to realise Foreman came up in an era where people were generally smaller and all Foreman did for exercise was run, skip, hit the bag and spar. Haye on the other hand does a fair amount of exercises that produce more muscle mass like Sledgehammer training, weights etc.

If you put them into each others era with their training Haye would be no bigger than 190 and Foreman would be 240+ of muscle.

Bulk up.....are you a numbskull or have you never seen David Haye. The guy don't carry an ounce of fat on him and has to lose 10lbs of ripped lean muscle to fight at CW.
Heard recently his walking wieght is about 230 and he looks as thin as he usually is. If anything Haye should add 2-5% bodyfat and campaign around 240.

And as for bone density, look at the wrists. Old Formen >David Haye in that category, along with leg size. Cmon ppl....Haye is a natural HW staving himself to make CW.

Yes, I'm sure you haven't pulled these numbers out of your ass :patsch Also there's a difference between getting in shape and cutting weight, not that I'd expect a ****** to know it.
