Small had talent, could of been a better fighter than he was, but the irony is, he wasn't cause he didn't have his head screwed on right. Im not just talking out of the ring either, in it he fought with no structure to his Boxing, he would often switch from lefty to righty too much, to the point where he looked to be confusing himself, he also seemed to do stuff that had no purpose to it, like he's seen his fav fighter do it, but didn't seem to know why they were doing it, what they achieved by utilizing it. Small also used to drop his hands way too much, seemed very reluctant to take the lead and set up his own offense when ever someone refused to lead to him. All in all Small showed flashes of world class potential, like his finish of Hall, but he had the mentality of a D/C class fighter, and the Boxing IQ of an area champ for someone who drops his hands as much as he did.
was not ****,but was not euro class, far from it,just about british class in his weight,JUST:-( sorry forgot to mention,a complete **** as well
he had quick hands. if he boxed conventionally, not like the ******ed cousin of naz and roy jones he might have been able to hold on to the british title for a while and maybe get european titles as well.
