When you **** to throw...you telegraph....

They continued to use the word telegraph...because it is so much slower than using one of them new fangled telephones.

It's like having a chicken wing jab...you see the movement start, if the jab starts close to the body..the first two inches of movement is free, and that tad faster and straighter.

I am waiting to see how Haye does against Valuev to judge him as a Heavy.

    David Haye:

Pros - Always in GREAT shape , Can throw Bombs and is lightning quick.

Cons - Has a suspect Chin

    Always entertaining to watch though!!!

I was impressed with Vitali's performance last night but he certainly has declined (not belittling or berating him, just stating a fact) and I think the speed/power match up of Haye, plus his smaller stature could at least give VK a few questions to answer.

VK will go into the fight a favorite yeah, but his stamina seems to be dropping off (even more so if Haye can make him miss a lot) and how will he react if he takes one of Hayes straight right hands completely flush? I know VK has a GREAT chin but David does carry increible speed and power, I don't think even Vitali could take them all night.

But, as always, Davids chin and stamina leaves us with a big 'IF', stamina can be addressed and sorted, the chin ... cant be improved but with VK slowing and his power dropping off a little (imo), then maybe with some better defence, head/lateral movement etc, it wont be too much of an issue.

We have to remember also that we're discussing David taking on the Vitali we saw last night; i think stylistically Haye will be a harder fight for Vitali (while it lasts) and also Vitali will have to fight at least one more fight (ie. at least one more training camp) before he meets Haye, so Haye may well face an even more faded Klitschko.

    :lol::rofl

Haye would get his Glass Jaw shattered. He could not take any of the punches Arreola did last night.

Does Haye have Arreola's chin to take that kind of punishment to get inside on Vitali?

And since when was Haye an inside fighter anyways, he likes distance too from what Ive seen.

Besides, youre not impressed with Vitali but what do you think of Haye's sloppy fish out of water performance with a shot Monte Barret that he had to call up out of retirement?

Let's see if Haye can beat Valuev before we worry about his chances against Vitaili.

I really hope Hayes opens his mouth and gets under Valuov's skin...because some time I think he don't want to hurt the little guy as much as he could.

It's not that he dont knock them out from time to time, but I've never seen him try to take some one's head off.

I'm of the opinion that Haye has the skills & ability to beat Vitali, but if Haye gets caught cleanly (which he likely to do) its over!

That's why, at this stage, I would pick Vitali to beat Haye! I'm a massive fan of David's, think he's good for the sport, doesn't fight bums, want to test himself against the best, etc.

If Haye beats Valuev I'm sure a fight with Vitali will happen as it would prove to be major attraction & event! If Haye were to beat Vitali it would be fantastic & David would merit a great deal of credit because Vitali is the best out there!

Its all academic at the moment, Haye has a very big problem to deal with come Nov 7th & I'm not even sure he will emerge a winner. Valuev is so damn big & is better than people actually think!

Which is exactly why he was hell-bent on fighting Wlad. He picked on what he saw as the softer, easier brother. All that chasing him down and challenging him on tv amounted to nothing, as soon as Vitali got within a few feet of him Haye didn't seem quite so brave and loud.

Haye has more than a punchers chance.

He is an extremely skilled boxer, with dynamite in his fists.

He strings 3-4-5 punch combinations on the inside which will put most HWs fuse out.

His right alone can do the job.

He has excelellent footwork, and is excellent at keeping at just the right range to land his very fast counters.

He is extremely dangerous, and will most likely obliterate Valuev in shocking style
