David Haye comparing himself to Evander Holyfield, let's discuss this...

    I noticed you didn't mention Lewis.

    Until the forced was forced on him, Holyfield didn't want that fight. I'm a Holyfield fan, and I don't use this to detract from him, but he did the exact same thing that Haye has done. Same for Tyson and Bowe. All three of these heavyweights are called warriors, rightly so, yet none wanted to fight Lewis. Tyson only did when he had no choice financially, Holyfield only did when he had no options and Bowe threw his title away to avoid fighting him.

    This sort of this isn't rare in the heavyweight division. There's far more politics than in any other division.

    As far as how the guys fight, Haye has always had tremendous heart. The fact people question this, shows how little they know.

    Ok here's some differences.

    Holyfield defended his cruiser title 6 times, Haye only once.

    Holyfield has carried on boxing for 25+ years, Haye plans to retire at 31.
