Just finished watching Sky Sports News where David Haye was interviewed Live today.

He said he would definitely like a rematch before anything else but whether or not he will get that depends on whether Wladimir will agree to it.

As much as most would disagree with me, I would like to see a rematch, simply because when a man tries to use an excuse after a fight I like to see them go in there 100% healthy just to see if there was any validity in these injury claims.

I personally dont know if it would make a difference as I put it down to a good big man beating a good little man but I would like to see this rematch if it was able to happen as there is no one else out there who would bring any type of threat punch power wise and Dont forget, despite David's performance he hurt Wlad on 1 or 2 occassions so there is still a small question mark surrounding this rematch and how it might turn out second time around.

    Intelligent Thoughts Anyone ?

He should fight a contender to prove he is worthy of a rematch.

Peters/Chambers/Chagaev. If he beat one of those, he'd be as worthy as anyone else looking for a shot off Wlad.

I dont think he deserves a rematch though at this point maybe after a few good wins if he doesnt retire.

Id like a rematch and id pay 15 quid to see it too. He was thoroughly outdone last night and it isnt down to his toe that was obvious and it would prob be the same again.

But i love boxing, id like to see Haye with an unbroken toe with other ideas how to get inside Vlad cuz it seemed he had 1 plan that didnt work.

Score cards aside it was no less competitive than most of Vlad or Vitalis recent fights, my man lost, wanted him to attack more but i still enjoyed the occasion.

No, he doesn't warrant one imo. He still seems adamant that he is retiring in October so that leaves no room to earn one either

I'd watch a rematch. It's not like there's anyone else out there that'll do better.

I think he should fight Vitali. A rematch with Wlad has the same outcome then last nights fight.

Haye deserves ****. Dude ran his mouth for 3 years on how boring Wlad is but then proceeds to stink up the fight he so badly wanted. He would at least need 3 wins against solid contenders to warrant a rematch in the future.

    A rematch?!? A fight with Vitali ?!?

At this point, I wouldn't even wanna watch him fight Evander Holyfield. I am hoping he retires like he said he would.

He doesn't deserve another title shot. What makes him so special? He hasn't done anything to warrant another title shot, he needs to beat some decent HW's, work his back up the ranks.

Haye why didn't you KO Valuev like you said you would.

"I broke my hand in the second half of the fight"

Haye why didn't you KO Wlad like you said you would.

    "I hurt my little toe......"

Haye why did you get knocked out in the rematch.

"A fly flew in my eye just before Wlad threw the punch which caused me to be off balance, i just slipped thats all" :!:

Lets just forget about this crap now.... I'm sick of the damn excuses.

Oh, it's up to Wlad is it David? How very decent, how very honourable of you, to hand the decision over to the boring robot who just spanked your ass from turnbuckle to turnbuckle for 12 rounds. What a selfless individual you are.
