David Haye: Dream Fight At A Cost?

let me get this right

haye gets the uk tv money. wlad gets the german european and american tv money.

wlad gets all the ticket money and the right to chose the venue.

wlad gets a rematch clause and a clause that says haye has to fight vitali if he wins the 1st two fights but not only that haye has absolutley no bargaining power in these rematches so he is contractually obligated to take the excact same deal in them fights aswell just the uk tv money

is this right guys ?

If Haye beats Wlad he will not have much trouble with the older brother. Vitaly looks about spent judging from the last fight he just had.

 

i agree, he never thought he would sign. its a slave contract he is basically getting nothing of the profit and thats even for the rematches, from what i understood. wlad is a *****.

 

Regardless of who gets what and whats written on the contract,the fact both of them signed it !!!!! David Haye wanted to fight Wald and then Vitali so now the ball is in his court to backup what he said. This fight is not going to be an easy fight for neither guys but the one who as an uphill to climb is David. All I have to say in order to David to win this fight he has to fight inside and not stay on the outside. He has to go at Wald like Corrie Sanders did. I'm excited this fight is happening since it brings some interest in the HW divison. But all I have to say is this going to be a good fight and I'm looking for this fight to end within 8 rounds. I'm going for Haye even though I can see Wald winning by tko or ko.

So the Klitschko haters are obviously shitty businessmen as well. I guess they don't understand that Wlad has to pay out of pocket for the entire promotion and venue for this fight. All of the press conferences, the accommodations for both fighters, the hotel stays for them and their teams once they reach the sight of the event probably a week out from the fight, the staff, ect... everything down to the water that David Haye will be drinking on fight night! Haye will be spending absolutely nothing outside of his training camp fees. Yet, you guys expect Haye to get a cut of the proceeds from the gate, that Wlad has to use in order to cover his expenses? You guys do realize that David Haye was given the opportunity to book a venue in London and couldn't (or wouldn't) deliver... right? You guys do know that they didn't do this because they were afraid that in this tough economic time, they didn't want to extend themselves out there and take the risk of possibly taking a loss and not making their money back, right? If Wlad didn't throw all of this on his shoulders, and carry the entire promotion then this fight wouldn't even be taking place. Wlad is the ONLY person taking a financial risk of his own.

Why would Wlad want to give him a huge contract to a guy he ****ing hates? I would do the same thing. It seems like he pretty much said. You got a big mouth, take the fight or leave it , I aint making you rich. You will get what I say. LMAO.

 

Uh, he'd want to fight Vitaly anyway. If anything, they're doing Haye a favor.

 

Vlad is the champion. This is a voluntary defense of "his" titles. Vlad did not have to take this fight. Vlad is making Haye a rich piece of fecal matter. Vlad will knock that piece of fecal matter out cold has Hell!

It is Vlad who is giving everything. Vlad is making Haye rich although Haye did not earn a title shot. Vlad had to work very hard for his titles, Haye has done nothing.
