Haye is his prime probably beats both, but I am not sure now. These two fights since his comeback hardly tell us anything about Haye.

One negative aspect since Haye's return is he is flat footed. Considering he is a small HW without a renowned solid chin, the more static he is the more you feel he could get stopped by these big, hard hitting heavies.

 

If Haye can land anything clean on Wilder it's game over.

 

We have no idea how Haye has held up. He's just been ridiculously inactive for years now. How could that not have affected him?

Still, I think he would be a good fight for Joshua and Haye would have a big chance of beating him.

But that's mainly because I think Joshua isn't very good, rather than Haye being great.

As for Wilder... he does have problems with guys that can move well... I don't know.

 

If he stays away from the best heavyweight in his native country (and I don't mean Fury) he should have smooth waters.

 

If the fight goes anything like their sparring, Haye will knock Wilder out.....................and he might knock AJ out as well................question is: How rusty is he?

Biggest threat to Haye, absolutely.

Also the best (h2h; not to be confused with greatest/most distinguished) UK heavyweight.

 

I don't mean to attack you, I respect you as having good judgment. But I don't understand how you can rate him highly at this point. Joshua may be good, but his competition has just been too bad to judge him at this point.

OK so we can't judge AJ. What about Haye? Which of Haye's HW wins has a chance vs AJ?

If you think AJ's record is suspect you have to apply the same standards to Haye's record. It's paper thin.

 

Fair enough. He did win some rounds against near-prime Wlad though. One of Wlad's toughest matches ever.
